How to render paragraphs

I have added some paragraphs to a setting, but I am unable to render them in a template - they aren't included in the object:

{% for item in site_settings.account.register.field_myfield %}
                <li class="item">
                    {{ item.entity.field_title.value }}
                </li>
 {% endfor %}

Is there any way to include them in the object?

FYI progress on new loader that works more like standard Drupal rendering happening here https://www.drupal.org/project/site_settings/issues/3395787 ✨ Provide new site settings loader that uses manage display, etc rather than flattening Needs work
