Since there hasn't been a follow up going to close out for now. If still seen in 7.0.x branch please reopen
When translating a quiz, the questions are also translated. That's good. But if a question is in another quiz, when that quiz is translated, that question is translated again. If you reuse many questions, you need to translate them for every quiz they are in.
Expected behaviour: If a question already has a translation, that translation should be used when the quiz is translated instead of creating a new translation.
Is that how others experience translation?
