I tested it now and I cannot reproduce. The block is showing on /taxonomy/term/1?page=2
Poll block not showing on taxonomy pages larger than first, example:
/taxonomy/term/1?page=2
/taxonomy/term/1?page=3
etc.
In the settings of the visibility of the block did not change anything. On all other pages it seems to work. What could be the problem?
