Hi all,
Providing a patch to enable use of an external public:// root.
The patch was the result of requiring use of an S3 file system on my install.
The patch alters the following
# _responsive_favicons_normalise_path
Removes the use of PublicStream::basePath(), replaced with file_create_url('public://')
Handle path formatting depending on local/external files
# _responsive_favicons_validate_tags($html)
Validates tag href in context of being local/external
