I have a very specific issue. I'm using mathfield (7.x-1.0), entityform, and files/media. When I submit the form, if I've filled out the integer fields for the math field, if there are validation errors, and if the file/media fields are empty, then both my file and media fields (which allow unlimited) duplicate. And they'll continue to duplicate every time I hit submit. It's easier to see what I mean in the screenshot.
The math field calculates as expected.
I'll take a closer look at it, but if anyone has any insight, I'd appreciate it.
