Token support in redirect URL for HTTP code display variants

Problem/Motivation

In redirection HTTP code display variant the URL does not support tokens. In some cases it is required, e.g. to redirect an entity URL to its owner profile.

Proposed resolution

Add token support to the URL redirect.
