Aggregator feed item view: Views throws InvalidArgumentException in More Link with external URLs

It looks like this problem was fixed for some views here:

However, I'm seeing the same issue consistently when creating a view of aggregator feed items: adding a "More link" and providing an external URL as the "Custom URL" for "Link display" results in:

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

InvalidArgumentException: The internal path component "https://drupal.org/" is external. You are not allowed to specify an external URL together with internal:/. in Drupal\Core\Url::fromInternalUri() (line 410 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Url.php).

    I can't reproduce this issue using Drupal 10, a view that displays Aggregator Item entities, and an external More link. It doesn't sound like an Aggregator problem either. The More link functionality is specific to Views and shouldn't have anything to do with the type of entity being displayed. If you are still experiencing this problem and believe that I am incorrect about this, then please provide steps to reproduce it using a vanilla install of Drupal Core and Aggregator.
