I am trying to create a new project as a user.
There is one Organization.
All the users are in the same organization.
I want every user that creates a new project to be able to see the list of users when creating the project in the " Project manager " and "
Assigned to " fields.
Issue:
Currently, It shows " - Restricted access - " for all the users in the drop down menu for both the fields, when a user with Drupal non-admin role creates a new project.

Am sorry for not being able to follow up on this issue. I guess 4 years is just too late. Am assuming this was some permissions issue that was not configured properly for non admin roles.
Am closing this issue for now. Please re-open the issue if you still want to discuss this.
