Content that has a published revision and a draft revision is unpublished after migration

Before running wbm2cm, we have several nodes with published current revisions that also have latest drafts.

After running wbm2cm, those nodes have no published revision. All revisions are unpublished. What-was the published revision is still marked as the current revision, but because it's unpublished, anonymous users get 404 instead of the page.
