Enable the ajax_test module (ships with core).
Go to /ajax-test/dialog and click "Link 6 (entity form)".
Expected: a nicely working modal.
Actual: A modal with no title ("Loading..." shown instead) and no action buttons. Other bugs.
This is because Belgrade is out of sync with Bootstrap.

Workaround: Go into theme settings, under Bootstrap Settings > JavaScript -> Modals uncheck "Enable Bootstrap modals".
