We are using this patch for a while in production now. I just tested if we still need it.
When using the module without the patch the modal windows sometimes opens partly outside the viewport.
With the patch all is working fine! -

This has been fixed in the latest 8.x-1.8. I have included some styling updates to make this work better with the core themes - padding, etc. The dark background was meant for the "loading" of the dialog where the loading spinner briefly shows. Core's loading.gif has a background of #323232 so it was to match that. I have moved that background color to only on the dialog. Once the preview page is loaded, then it will be a white background.
Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
