prebid throw error and pbjs object missing is preventing following javascript to run correctly

There is a throw error when pbjs object is not present and undefined prebid object error makes other javascript to not be executed, will replace the throw error function with a console log, just to show the error and enclose the rest of the code within an "else" to prevent other errors caused by the missing object and for the prebid missing object will add a check to make sure the object is present.
