Coming back to edit / re-save a node with a term with a space in its name (present in the field/s being exposed in the reference view), such as "My Term," creates a form error:
There are no entities matching "My Term".
Removing the referenced entity, saving, then returning again and adding it back is a workaround.
This only happens when:
A) Reference Method for selection is Views: entity reference
B) The field used to search in this reference view could contain spaces
C) The entity you are adding has a space in this field
