[PP-1] Duplicated Image field not being filled in all instances

I am using FillPDF 7.x-1.15 and the FillPDF paid service. I was trying to find answers to an issue I am having with a FillPDF usage, and I came across #3023330: Consolidate duplicate form field instances parsed by pdftk → .
The issue I'm experiencing may be related, but for a different version and only for some field types.

I have a PDF with two fields, Logo (a button field meant for an image) and URL (a text field). These fields are on both the first and last page of the PDF. The mapping recognizes both usages as the same, so I only have 2 fields to map. When I use FillPDF, the URL text is properly filled in both pages; the Logo image is only filled in the first page, not the last.

I can circumvent the issue by ID-ing and mapping the two fields separately rather than as duplicates... but the fact remains this seems like an unintentional bug, since the text field works as expected and the button/image field does not.

Unfortunately I cannot provide the file publicly, but the use case seems simple enough to replicate.
