li attributes present in 8.x-1.2, missing in 8.x-1.3

List item markup using Superfish 1.2:

The "related" issue I linked seems to show the same symptoms, but I'm not using the link attributes modules described there. Nothing is changing other than the Superfish module version; I can switch back and forth between 1.2 and 1.3 and have the problem come and go consistently.
