I need to display my custom fields in views

Hi All,

I have create custom module and there i have create custom form and custom table in drupal.
Now when filling the values and submitting the form it will store the data into my custom table.
Till here its fine.
Here goes the problem, i need to display the submitted values on my frontend using views.
Can anyone give me the reference links or code to achieve this functionality.
