Update ajax.js to match Drupal core updates

In reviewing the module to find a solution for this issue ( https://www.drupal.org/project/dialog/issues/3020941 → ), I noticed the ajax.js file provided by Dialog seems to be significantly out-of-date.

I could be wrong, but looks like core's ajax.js has had a number of updates that should be incorporated into Dialog's version.

I've created a patch that attempts to update portions of the file that are not related to the Dialog module, so that it can be as close to core as possible.
