Make Model/SKU a unique target D7

I tried this patch last week and on feed import the SKU is been removed, not sure of the course yet.

@c_archer "The SKU has been removed". What do you mean? Does it blank out the SKU on import? Are you using characters such as - or . within the SKU? (If so, it may be an issue with feeds where feeds tamper is needed)

Yeah the field is left blank after import the SKU in our case is all numbers.

Updated the module to the dev version and this seems to have resolved my issue, patch also applied against the dev version well.

Ah. I didn't think to mention to use dev.
