Sadly, many of the shorteners included with the module have shut down, and others have change their API format:
* budurl.com is now a paid service called bl.ink (http://budurl.com)
* ez.com is gone (http://ez.com)
* goo.gl is gone (https://goo.gl/)
* migre.me is gone (http://migre.me/)
* Metamark is gone (http://metamark.net)
* qr.cx is gone (http://qr.cx/)
* ri.ms is gone (http://ri.ms/)
* fwd4.me is gone (http://fwd4.me)
* is.gd changed their API format and no longer works without an update (https://is.gd/apishorteningreference.php)
* PeekURL and TinyURL need to be https API calls
The attached patch takes care of these items. Please review.
