Problem/Motivation

The module provides three services:
- Drupal\default_content_deploy\DefaultContentDeployBase
- Drupal\default_content_deploy\Importer
- Drupal\default_content_deploy\Exporter

But no interfaces are provided for the public methods that these classes provide.

Proposed resolution

Provide interfaces.
