The link to the README.txt file on the Gallery2 Migrate page is broken. I found what I think is the most current version of the README.txt file at the following location:

While the Gallery2 Migrate module (g2migrate) has not been updated in several years, I found that it works great using the Media (1.x) approach with the migration of tables using MySQL command line option. Now, I just need to create views using the example provided by this module.
