Add a support of opacity in color fields

Current color widget only supports to select a color value (RGB) for all color fields. However, for some graphs in plotly (e.g. Waterfall chart - https://plot.ly/javascript/bar-charts/#waterfall-bar-chart ) - opacity is critically important, as these graphs are being generated with zero opacity on first trace. Color in these cases is defined like `rgba(1,1,1,0.0)`, however the Drupal UI currently does not allow that.

Adding opacity option to the color widget should probably resolve this issue.
