Add support for Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 migrations

Would be open to this, should be turned to MR and annotations converted to attributes.

I created a merge request with updated migration logic for migrations from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10 (since the 4.x branch has a minimum requirement of Drupal 10.3).

Both the source plugin and the process plugin are using annotation because I do not think attributes are supported for Migration plugins until Drupal 11?

MigrateSource may not be but pretty sure MigrateProcess was but not a big deal actually.
