multisite problem

This module is works great on our main domain, but we are running multisite, same code, same sql, manydomains, is there a way to limit this module only work for one domain, otherwise we are in trouble for other domains, because we have a special link for the "Register a new account " for our main domain. now its showing to all other domains. Thank you
