Release plan for 8.x-1.0-beta2

The last release from 8.x was 10 June 2016, so it seems about time for another release.

Using git release notes → tool, here are the changes so far since the last release:

Changes since 8.x-1.0-beta1:

• Invalidate tickets by uid, not username
• Accept all ticket types for ticket granting tickets
• Allow ticket username to be altered
• Add uid to ticket store in preparation for allowing username alter
• #2925472 → by jeroenvanlent → , gorkagr → : Allow adding custom CAS Attributes
• Cleanup coding standards
• #2819351 → by ajdonnison → : Fixes invalid renew database entry

There are some issues that seem important and/or close to being ready to commit, like:

* #2800251: Notice: Undefined variable: debug_logger in Drupal\cas_server\Form\UserLogin->__construct() → RTBC to fix a notice
* 🐛 Add Readme.txt file Closed: outdated RTBC to add a README.txt
* #2925577: Do not present login form when user is already logged in → high priority issue with patch

Are there any issues the maintainers would like fixed before the next release? Creating a list here could help the community to focus our attention on those issues.
