Uninstalling module causes view to get deleted

Uninstalling this module with "drush pmu csv_serialization" causes the view to get deleted.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create a new view with a REST export.
  • On the REST export, set the format to Serializer.
  • Set "Accepted request formats" to csv.
  • Save
  • Uninstall csv_serialization.

The view is deleted.
