JAWS does not read Link help text "<front>"

When accessing a link field, the text, "<front>" is not announced when JAWS is reading the additional information. The word "<front>" is skipped.

Notice that JAWS announces, “Link Field URL edit. Use JAWS key + Alt + R to read descriptive text. Start typing the title of a piece of content to select it. You can also enter an internal path such as /node/add or an external URL such as http://example.com. Enter to link to the front page. Type in text”. Notice that the text, "<front>" was not announced by JAWS.

• Testing was performed using JAWS v18.0.2945.
• This defect exists in Google Chrome v70.0.3538.77 and in IE11.

Expected result: All additional information needed to complete form fields is expected to be announced by JAWS. In this instance, JAWS is expected to fully announce the additional information “Enter <front> to link to the front page” when a link field is accessed.

Thank you for reporting this issue. My accessibility tester at work has access to JAWS, so I asked him to see if this issue can still be reproduced. He checked the text with JAWS on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. In all instances, the text was read as "less front greater". The same was true of the other route names, <button> and <nolink>, that have been added to the description since this issue was created.

Because of this I'm going to close the issue. But if anyone experiences the same problem, please feel free to re-open this.
