Add option to deploy Google Optimize page-hiding snippet

Google Tag Manager can be used to deploy Google Optimize for A/B testing.

However, when deploying with GTM, it is highly recommended to add a page-hiding snippet as described here in the Google Docs.

Is it within the scope of this module to add a feature to inject this JS (the page-hiding snippet)? I thought about adding the JS to a theme template, but I realized that won't work because the page-hiding snippet needs to come before GTM, and GTM is placed ahead of all the theme templates.
