Hey I just realized two out of these three steps might be done for PNG images as well
colorspace_rgb and sampling factors
however these probably might be better implemented as an "optimize" effect for png because PNG often people need the RGBA for transparency.
In fact, people might optionally want to do these optimise steps as effects, could break them down, maybe someone only wants to remove metadata, someone else might only want to adjust the sampling factors, others might want to do both sampling factors and colorspace_rgb
however the sampling factors might also be good for png no?
