Mysql error "max_allowed_packet"

I tried to update a lot of entities and got the error. I succeeded found a error cause. A batch saves in own storage a object of FormState. This FormState have a big size (> 100M). After each steps his size increases.

I used quick fix, I remove "complete_form" from The FormState in submitConfigurationForm() . But I think there must be another solution.
