Well, that didn't go so well. I think we need to do a re-roll of this patch. I would suggest that we switch to 11.x and see if we can recreate the issue there.

I'm struggling to recreate this test failure locally. Could someone who can help me understand what the problem is and how I might recreate it? I am using PHP 8.1 but not the correct version of MySQL. It is not very clear from this error what is wrong.
