Ecosystem module documentation

Currently there is no way to feature an ecosystem on drupal.org. There are a lot of modules in contrib that have a bigger ecosystem but no way to feature it on the project page.

Modules like Search API, group, og, commerce, and others have these kinds of ecosystems of dozens of modules related to it.

A page with something like the strategic initiatives would be an ideal solution for this. It would probably also contain similar information.

This should probably be a part of the documentation initiative: https://www.drupal.org/about/strategic-initiatives/documentation

---
Usecases we are targeting to improve:

- Finding modules in an ecosystem more easily, to create visibility for all the specific solutions on drupal.org, in an informative and easy way.
- Having an easy way to see how different modules interact, extend/improve each other and/or conflict
