We want to maintain control to a small number of people who can add or edit redirects.
But it would be good for all site editors to be able to see how often particular redirects have been used.
I'm requesting a permission that will give access to
/admin/config/search/redirect
but not to
/admin/config/search/redirect/add
/admin/config/search/redirect/404
/admin/config/search/redirect/settings
