It looks like the 4.x branches do not have drush integration, so moving this feature request to that version.
It would be good to have Drush integration, to be able to apply a pipeline to a given image or all images in a given directory.
Add a Drush command to apply a pipeline to a given image file.
Add another Drush command that will find image files recursively and call the previous Drush command for them.
Write the commands!
