I would like to know if we can apply the workflow to a specific group!
I have created in my site many of them with the group module, each department has its own operating mode.
would it be possible to work with maestro in groups?

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
It looks like the https://www.drupal.org/project/maestro_group_security → module is seeking new maintainers.
Sadly, the module code hasn't been updated since 2019.
We might be interested in using it. We'll see what we can do if our project gets confirmed.
