Compatible with entityform

This module is great! I'm using it with entityform and it works pretty well, but there are few things that aren't compatible.

I was having an issue where the page header label was displaying under the field-group-multipage-group-wrapper--between the buttons and the form fields. However, it was only displaying in the wrong place when you first view the form. Once you move to 'next' and when you go back to the first page using 'previous', the label displays in the correct place, above the form fields. I found that my parent Multipage group row weight was '-1'. I changed this to 0 and adjusted some other weights and was able resolve. Maybe there's a way to lock it in place at the top so there's not this discrepancy?

The 'Intro form instructions' do not display on every page.

I'll take a look, post steps to reproduce, and see if any of these are simple fixes.
