I have patches that exist all over the place, github, gists, s3, my local computer. It'd be nice if there were more flexibility provided in the apply patches input field, which, is currently limited to just d.o.
Support a broader source of patches than just d.o. Maybe an upload option or Gist for starters.

The challenge of being able to choose patches from anywhere is security - a bad actor could run all sorts of nasty things on simplytest.me!
I don’t think we want that.
I’m inclined to mark this as Works as Designed but I’m also happy to be convinced otherwise.
