NVP/SOAP Express Checkout

I only recently setup my PayPal business account, and I am not able to find credentials matching the required input for Commerce PayPal Express Checkout outside of the Sandbox Accounts NVP/SOAP Sandbox API Credentials.
Please advise.

FYI: PayPal Express is still supported, just not recommended:
NVP/SOAP is a legacy integration method. We accept new integrations and support existing integrations, but there are more up-to-date solutions. If you're starting an integration, we recommend our latest solutions.

So you can still use it, if you need to IMHO.
