Cleaning up outdated documentation

We have migrated a lot of the documentation for Drupal 7 and for developers. However, there is still a lot of documentation that hasn't been migrate and is outdated - either because it is for unsupported versions of Drupal or because it discusses software/technologies that no longer is relevant.

In stead of moving to an archive, where the docs will sit forever because no one has time to review it, I propose that we decide on a "quick delete" policy:

Pages that er quickly deleted should in general not require us to add redirects and so on. The following pages can be quickly deleted or properly archived:

  • Docs that only are relevant for Drupal 5 (or earlier) are deleted.
  • Docs that only are relevant for Drupal 6 are moved to a Drupal 6 specific archive (that is normally excluded from the Drupal.org search).
  • Docs that are written for software that no longer exists or are maintained, are deleted.
  • Docs that are written for OSs that no longer exists or are maintained, are deleted.
  • ...

The purpose of this issue is to

  1. Agree that there is something that we can quickly delete (or archive properly)
  2. Agree what should be on the "quick delete" list

If we are to ever finish the migration, we need to clean up things first.
