When I try to send a message, the sms is not sent. I located the issue in the twilio/sdk library. If I manualy updated the version from 5.4.* to ^5.19 all started working. I wrote a patch, which changes the version of twilio/sdk in module's composer.json file to ^5.19, but it still downloades the old version.
All that needs to be done is to update the version of twilio/sdk, but I'm having troubles with that.
