How to hide the current user in inbox members

Hi,

I'm currently customizing the Private Message Inbox. I was able to add a view to the Private Message Author display, to show Profile informations instead of user informations.

Now i'm trying to hide the current user. I just want to show the receiver, not myself.

In the picture you can see that there is two names, the first one is the current user.

I tried a lot of things without results ... Il there a hook or something to manage it ?
