Y-axis values as integers only (no decimals)

Hi, I hope you can help. I'm creating a column chart and I'd like the Y-axis to only show integer values. I'm building the chart programmatically using the Charts API (Google Charts library) and I can't get the Y-axis to count up using whole numbers. I've tried many combinations using 'yaxis_decimal_count', 'yaxis_min', 'yaxis_max', 'yaxis_view_min', and 'yaxis_view_max' to no avail.

Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong? Many many thanks!
