The fix #2977351: Allow to use non-default file stream for CSS files. → was introduced into Honeypot 7.x-1.26 almost five years ago, and there has only been one comment since then (#15) about this issue. That poster did not follow up after trying the advice given, and did not mention what version of Honeypot was being used so it's not clear if he was using the most recent (at that time) version of Honeypot or not.
Regardless, nothing I can do here without confirmation that this is still an issue and without steps to reproduce the issue on a clean site with the latest version of Honeypot.
I am closing this issue because of its age and because there have been no recent reports that the problem still exists after the fixes were committed above. If you continue to experience this problem, then please open a new issue with the requested details on how to reproduce the error on a clean site.
