The initial scope of the Belgrade theme was to provide an out of the box custom theme that made it easy to demonstrate and experiment with Drupal Commerce. It can be used as a default theme and adjusted. However, supporting that second use case will be postponed and cataloged in this issue.
Currently, the theme is very opinionated against the Commerce Demo project. Later on, time can be spent to make certain features more customizable.
