Custom default profile image is not shown

Under Profile image settings for profile (/admin/config/people/profiles/manage/profile/fields/profile.profile.field_profile_image) I have added a new default image. But the image will not be displayed on the user's profile.

The patch file in your composer.json did not appy for 9.4.13.

Please use https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2023-04-06/2107455-84.patch → instead of https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2022-06-24/2107455-75.patch →
