IBM clutters Translations by mass import

I've noticed that there was a mass import on

multiple users' role by

It appears that the user has access to a large number of languages on l.d.o.

They may have imported strings in all of these languages. The translations may have been well-intentioned, but module names were also translated. In addition, there are now many duplicate English original strings. We are currently attempting to clean up the mess.
