Webform implements the mollom API hooks, but with the module change to akismet, we need to implement those same hooks. The webform module is still capable of doing the heavy lifting, we just need to wrap those functions, and there already exists a pattern in this module to do so. This could also be done as a submodule or bridge module. It's trivial in any case - I'll leave it to the discretion of the module maintainers.
