Does not work with Configuration Translations

I've ran into a couple issues with this module when there are configuration translations in use. The administration settings for view mode to override is locked in as a string ('default') . If the paragraph is viewed in a language where that view mode is translated ('defecto'), then it won't match and the override won't happen.

I noticed this happening when translating the paragraph type specifically, and as such changing the types in the module's schema file from text to string so they cannot be translated should solve the issue, but it needs some testing.
