Id repeated in a table with sticky header

With the SEVEN theme, included in core as a default admin theme, if you create a table view with a sticky headers the header HTML generated to be as a sticky header is printed with the sames ids that the origin header ids, that means that you can find in the HTML the same id twice and it causes a unexpected behaviors.

See the attached image, it is a HTML screenshot. The view only use a core modules like Views and the theme is Seven.

    This issue is no longer valid, seven is no longer part of Core and I checked this, it is not happening in Claro theme. we can close this. thanks
