Make compatible with all entity types

Thank you very much for this wonderful module. Currently the module only seems to support entities of type node. It would be very useful to make this module work for all entity types in Drupal 8.

For example it doesn't work for entities of type

• Taxonomy: https://www.drupal.org/project/taxonomy_menu_ui →

The options simply don't appear in the menu selection widget.
